Alchemy Bali is the first port of call for all Rawfood lovers. At the almost four meter long salad bar there is something for everyone. If you can’t decide, you can order à la carte delicacies such as the Buddha Bowl, the Aloha Pizza – the pizza base consists of dried tomatoes or the raw vegan cauliflower sushi. Everything simply tastes heavenly healthy and enjoyable. In addition there are cold pressed juices, Tumeric Jamu, Coconut Kefir, Smoothies and not to forget the delicious desserts, like the Bounty Bar and in addition a Cappuccino with coconut milk. Alchemy also has its finger on the pulse with its own products such as a Superfood and Herbal line and lets Healthy-Food-Lovers float in seventh heaven with Sacred Colon Cleanse or bee pollen. The bright rooms exude a pleasant clarity that matches the food concept. Designed by Berlin architect Alexis Dornier with thatched roofs, bamboo, green plants, white furniture and a focus on sustainability, the roof is supported by recycled telephone poles.
